Our parish priest, the Very Reverend Father Igor Krekhovetsky and his family who arrived in Rochester on September 20, 2002. The Very Reverend Father Igor comes to us from Detroit, Michigan with his Pani Dobrodiyka Oksana, his son, Yuri, and his daughter, Irena. If you have not had a chance to meet Father Igor and his family, please call him at the rectory to arrange some time to get to know him and his family. He can be reached at 585-342-6424.

NO English only liturgy, but we do offer a bilingual liturgy every Sunday.
Liturgy starts 9:30AM every Sunday.
2010 Ukrainian Food and Bake Sale
The Sisterhood of our Parish conducts monthly sales of Ukrainian food and desserts. Proceeds from these sales are used to support the church.
The sales will be held on Saturdays between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM at our church hall located at 3176 St. Paul Boulevard. Frozen varenyky can be purchased every Sunday from 11:30-12:30 pm.
The 2010 Ukrainian Food and Bake sales dates will be:
- January 23
- February 27
- March 27
- April 24
- May 22
- June 11, 12, 13 - Ukrainian Food will be sold during the 3 day-festival
- September 25
- October 30
- November 20
- December 18
(Note that there will not be food and bake sales during the summer/vacation months of July and August in 2010. Sales will resume in September).
60th Anniversary Celebrations
This year, the church is planning a series of events to commemorate the 60th anniversary of its foundation. The planned events include a Summer Festival during the weekend of June 11 -13, the Feast Day celebration on October 24th, and a Fall Dance on November 6th.
Summer Festival Schedule:

The Summer Festival will be launched on Friday, June 11, when the kitchen opens its doors at 4 P.M. for the sale of Ukrainian food. A dance will follow, that evening, starting at 7 P.M.

Saturday, June 12 – The sisterhood will opens the kitchen doors for Ukrainian food sale at 1 P.M. A stage performance featuring Ukrainian dancing, music and songs will start at 4 P.M. Dancing to the Classic Memories orchestra will follow at 6 P.M. Also, for those who enjoy soccer, the World Cup game between
England and the
U.S.A. will be displayed on the large screen in the bar area.

Sunday, June 13 – Once again, the sisterhood will opens the kitchen doors for Ukrainian food sale at 1 P.M. A stage performance featuring Ukrainian dancing, music and songs will start at 4 P.M. Dancing to the Classic Memories orchestra will follow at 6 P.M.
All are welcome to participate in the Feast Day celebration on Sunday, October 24th. The event will include a buffet style dinner at 1 P.M. and stage entertainment. Bishops of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the
U.S.A. were invited and are expected to attend. Tickets for the event can be purchased in advance in October by contacting Walter Sukhenko at 748-4202.
The Fall Dance will close out the 60th Anniversary celebration on Saturday, November 6th. The dance, featuring the 9-piece orchestra, Classic Memories, will be held between 7 and 11 P.M. Tickets will be sold in advance and at the door.
